I live in New Cumberland, PA, and go regularly in the Gold's Gym in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Next week I'll be on vacation all week in Ocean City, MD and want some practice or two, while to get there. Who knows if I ever can do exercises in the Gold, OC, MD, if I am a Gold member at Camp Hill? You do not know how it works, thanks.
