It says in my ps3 please press the PS button on a USB key, but it has a USB and I can not be activated

Sounds like he needs either to the Controller to transfer to your PS3 or not to be recognized.
I guess you have fully charged batteries and control, and read the instructions completely?
There is also a reset button on it? (In an original PS3 controller has a reset button at the bottom is a screw right through the USB port. You must use a needle or a small screwdriver to push the clock. That's when the driver is not recognized by the PS3.)
To assign the driver to drive a platform for job have control, you assign to the settings in the XMB and Settings accessories and controllers.
The other thing you can do to the PS3 without the USB dongle is plugged in, wait a few seconds until it starts completely, then plug the adapter and try to press the PS button.
