How do I replace an existing toilet that is plumbed into clay sewer pipe (female end) ? - caroma

I would like to replace the toilet is in a drainage tube tone, the last woman who has proudly delivered on the floor. I have a new Caroma toilet shroud (not more than flange) clay pipe. I know from the pan plastic chains (IPLEX), but only in a plastic tube attached (seen 100DWV). Will I be the chip in the flange on the bottom, then a pot with silicone in the neck?
