I do not know what the problem, but if I has my videos on Windows Movie Maker to youtube the quality is very low, and it seems quite grainny How can the quality when saving, I usually get only the use of options there and I is typically stored in a high quality type of file to convert to a rule in avi?

I recommend you use a DV-AVI (uncompressed), because the best possible quality. However, be careful because these files can be large!
